We are pleased to welcome Kishan de Silva as our new Head of Development.
Kishan has a wealth of knowledge that stems from 12 years experience in business analysis and enterprise application development. He has successfully completed high profile projects for the likes of Xansa Plc, Cisco Systems, The College of Law, Maritz Research, the British Heart Foundation and the University of Surrey amongst others.
While managing the development team and overseeing the smooth rollout of software projects for clients, Kishan is in the process of implementing enhanced Agile-centred software engineering processes here at Webexpectations. The key aim of this initiative is to further the quality of technology services that we deliver to our clients and to advancing the productivity of the team.
Kishan has achieved qualifications in the field of software engineering and has been awarded an Executive MBA from the University of Surrey.
