Digital Agency Account Manager

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking to recruit a new Account Manager who will support some of our best-known clients and work with new clients.
These are the skills we seek:
- The ability to convert a customers requirements into a comprehensive proposal using super writing skills
- Proven Account Management experience
- Extensive knowledge of website design and development
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce projects, usability and user-centred-design
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong attention to detail
The Role:
This Digital Account Management role will take care of multiple clients. As the main point of contact, the Account Manager will be responsible for forming strong and friendly relationships, building trust and really demonstrating that our knowledge adds real value to their decision making process. We always act as consultants to our clients, as opposed to Sales people, and we are looking for someone who has the ability to convert HOT leads in to sales. We are not looking for someone to cold call!
As well as taking care of existing clients, the Account Manager will look to increase their porfolio by working with new clients, by helping them to plan and scope their projects, and formulate a proposal based on the client’s digital objectives.
In most instances this Account Manager role will work closely with the Managing Director, as well as the Project Managers, to plan out projects, produce budgets and proposals, before handing over to the Project Management Team for delivery.
