What will you be doing as a Web Analyst?
- Working side by side with our clients
- Working with a sizzlingly hot team
- Developing performance improvement strategies for our clients’ websites
- Designing A/B and Multivariate tests, implementing and reporting
- Driving testing and improvements using Google Analytics
What are we looking for?
- Enthusiasm for testing, results and reporting
- A lover of the digital world (do you Blog? Do you follow Blogs?)
- A scientific, rigorous and analytical brain
- The ability to convert the complex to the layman’s way of understanding
- Google qualifications (Optimiser, Analytics, Adwords is a bonus)
- Great at working to deadlines

Digital Project Manger

The PM we are looking for will be able to demonstrate innovative thinking have bags of confidence, the ability to think for themselves, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Essential skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally for Digital Agency.
- The candidate will be super organised, confident, empathetic, and motivational
- Being fascinated by all things digital he/she aims to keep up-to-date with technology, and definitely enjoy being creative – PPC, SEO, Ecommerce, web design are all areas of knowledge for him/her.
- Competent using Prince 2 methodology

PHP Web Developer
We are on the hunt for our next team member, ideally a bright and enthusiastic PHP Web Developer / PHP Programmer with a real attention to detail who’s looking to work as part of a dynamic team on a wide range of projects.
The successful applicant will have the confidence and positive attitude that comes with proven experience within the creative IT industry.

Essential Skills (all required):
• Solid HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience, creating CSS-driven layouts using (X)HTML & CSS2 / HTML5 & CSS3

• Solid experience with using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
