Heli Beds are one of the UK's fastest growing bed retailers, with over 50 shops and their own fleet of delivery vans.
As a family run business and 19 years experience, they have one of the widest ranges of any UK high-street retailer.
With a highly successful retail business in-place, Heli Beds were keen to have an equal impact online - with plans to launch one of the UK's most profitable e-commerce bed stores.
The Brief

In-short the Heli Beds website had to deliver and success or failure would depend on one things - sales.
Working closely with brand-marketing wizards Brand New Way, a detailed plan was developed for the branding, design and marketing of the new site.
The new site would be based squarely on the following key principles:
- User centred design - easy and intuitive for shoppers,
- Conversion driven - clear calls-to-action, well presented product pages and a dead-easy Checkout process,

The Results
Within weeks of launch the Heli Beds website became their biggest selling store, outselling their existing bricks-and-mortar shops.
Powered by a combined TV, radio and Google campaign the new site performed above all expectations with customers finding it easy-to-use and browsers converting to buyers.
Since launch use of Google Analytics stats software has provided crucial insight on the site's performance, allowing for further tweaking and refinements that have in-turn improved conversion rates and sales.
