Pierse Homes is a leading Property Developer and Civil Engineering Contractor. The Group's activities cover all aspects of construction and property development operating in Ireland and the UK.
Tower Building was a flagship project for the company, an exclusive residential development of executive apartments in the heart of Liverpool. They required a website that could convey the lifestyle image of the new apartments - quality, style and luxury.
Overview
This website was required to act as an online showcase for the new development. Webexpectations.com was commissioned to design and develop the new site with image playing a central role.
The site would be promoted offline in press-ads and in this instance search engines such as Google didn't form part of the equation. We therefore had free rein to develop a Flash-based site designed to impress.
Our Solution
With design being the single most important aspect of the client's brief, we built the site entirely in Adobe Flash. The fantastic imagery takes centre stage, using the photographs to their full potential and including some polished transitions between the pages.
The new website quickly became the leading showcase for the Tower Building development. Pierse Homes have promoted the site heavily and have received fantastic feedback from prospective buyers.
