The brief
Directline Holidays is recognised as one of the UK's fastest growing online travel agents and is listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100.
The travel group needed a complete design overhaul of their websites with a real focus on user-centred-design and conversions.
What did we do?
Using Google Analytics, A/B testing and user personas, the Webex team redesigned the site based on the needs of the customer.
Specific attention was paid to the checkout process - a common candidate for lost sales. A 'low friction', one-page check-out process was designed, that minimizes the effort required by the customer.
