The travel group needed a complete design overhaul of their websites with a real focus on user-centred-design and conversions.
What did we do?
Specific attention was paid to the checkout process - a common candidate for lost sales. A 'low friction', one-page check-out process was designed, that minimizes the effort required by the customer.
